What file formats do you support?
DXF and DWG (AutoCAD). Both 2D drawings. We extract layers and let you choose which ones represent boundaries, obstacles, and walkable paths.
How does navigation work without a GPS network on site?
If you have GPS coverage, we use it directly. For indoor or signal-poor areas, you can pin yourself manually on the map and route from there. We're also working on optional beacon-based positioning.
Can multiple people use the same account?
The backoffice (where you upload drawings and manage zones) is one user per account. The on-site Unity navigation app supports multiple technicians per account, with seat limits per plan.
Is my CAD data secure?
Drawings are uploaded to your own private workspace, encrypted at rest, and never used to train any model. You can delete files at any time.
Do you support Italian SdI invoicing?
Yes — we generate compliant electronic invoices (and credit notes) automatically through Fatture in Cloud. Receipts arrive in your inbox the moment payment processes.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes. Open the customer portal from your dashboard — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Plan changes are prorated automatically. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle by default.
